Ferroalloys manufacture in Russia has grown in nine months 2010
Russian steel industry produced 89.2 thousand tons of ferrosilicum and 17.4 thousand tons of low carbon ferrochrome in September, 2010.

Ferrosilicium output has grown by 2.3% as compared to August, 2010 and by 23.5% by September, 2009. Low carbon ferrochrome manufacture has reduced by 8.8% in comparison with August, 2010 and by 29.1% by September, 2010.

During nine months of current year ferrosilicium output grown by 17.9%, low carbon ferrochrome - by 29.1%.

«Ferroalloys manufacture is directly connected with their consumption in ferrous metallurgical industry and foreign trade,» said Leonid Khazanov, the observer of Metal Supply and Sale Magazine.
