Crontif-Center specialists visited Russian representative office of John Deere, US

A group of specialists from ZAO Crontif-Center paid a working visit to the Russian representative office of John Deere, an American company, in Domodedovo, a suburb of Moscow. The goal of the visit was to receive training in working with information systems that comply with the EDI and NCCA international standards. EDI is an electronic information system for receiving and fulfilling orders for components for John Deere products. The system reflects both stable and forecast orders, indicating volumes and deadlines for order fulfillment. Using the EDI system involves a full transition to a modern electronic format for interactions between the John Deere company and ZAO Crontif-Center, which should, in the future, promote a more effective and efficient partnership. The second system involves product quality management, which includes identifying all flaws in the production process and developing sequential actions for correcting them. The primary aim is to maintain product quality at a stable and high level. Meanwhile, the partnership between ZAO Crontif-Center and the John Deere company will reach a new level. Presently, the issue of launching production of two new product lines—the R167151 rear weight and the R127764 front suitcase weight. The tentative plan for 2012 calls for approximately 5400 products.
