Russia may annual copper and nickel export duties
Russian government may abolish copper and nickel export duties in 2014, and to take other measures to support the steel industry companies, Russian media write.

According to the protocol of a recent meeting with the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told a number of ministries to support the development of metallurgical plants in the period of deteriorating.

For example, it is expected to extend the preferential rules for granting state guarantees until the end of 2015, to improve the mechanism for refinancing guarantees payables that emerged in the implementation of major investment projects.
