Norilsk Nickel received credit from Chinese banks

Today Norilsk Nickel (hereafter, Norilsk Nickel or the Company) announced the signing of a 5-year RMB 4.8 billion syndicated revolving credit facility agreement (which equals to 730 million USD as of the date of the agreement).

The transaction is arranged by three largest Chinese banks: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China acting as Coordinating Mandated Lead Arranger, Bank of China, Shanghai Branch and China Construction Bank Corporation, Beijing Branch. ICBC s acting as a Facility Agent.
