Norilsk Nickel Polar Division has received a team of foreign investors on a business visit composed of BMO, HSBC Securities (South Africa), Pioneer AM, Fosun AM, BAML, Goldman Sachs, VTB, Deutsche Bank, Alfa-Bank. The foreign guests enjoyed an opportunity to look at the sheer scale of the company’s footprint with their own eyes and learn about the operations of major production facilities of the Polar Division: Taimyrsky Mine, Skalisty Mine, Talnakh Concentrator Plant, Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant, which host the biggest investment projects of the Company. “Norilsk Nickel is one of the most well-known and attractive Russian companies for foreign investors, - said Mikhail Borovikov, Chief of Investor Relations Department, MMC Norilsk Nickel of the visit by the investor community. – Against the background of geopolitical tension and volatility in the metals markets, investors continue to show a great interest for Norilsk Nickel. In a recent pan-European survey of investment funds and analysts, evaluating the quality of IR at major public companies MMC Norilsk Nickel garnered a high estimation in the Extel rating, which judges achievements of IR divisions based on participations in international investor conferences, road-shows and the quality of disclosure of information to investors.
