Rusal has announced that it has completed the sale of a 100% stake in Alumina Partners of Jamaica (Alpart) to Jiuquan Iron & Steel Group (Jisco) for a $299 mln cash consideration.

The transaction was successfully completed following the fulfilment of all required conditions in accordance with the previously signed interest purchase agreement.
