Changes in the shareholder structure of the Severstaltrans Company Group

The Severstaltrans Group presently includes more than 20 companies that operate in various transportation industry sectors. Before this agreement was reached, the group’s shareholders on a parity basis were Aleksey Mordashov (50%) and the senior executives of the Severstaltrans Group (50%). When the deal is finalised, Konstantin Nikolayev, Nikita Mishin, and Andrey Filatov will own 100% of the Severstaltrans Group’s charter capital.
