Gubakha Coke and Vyksa Steel Works report its operating results for July 2009

Gubakha Coke (Perm Territory), part of United Metallurgical Company (OMK), has reported its operating results for July 2009. In July, Gubakha Coke achieved bulk coke production of 28.2 thousand tn and processed 4.1 thousand tn of coal pitch. The customers' orders were fulfilled 100%. As compared with June, bulk coke output was increased by 11.2 thousand tn, which is 165%.

In July, Vyksa Steel Works produced 74,975 tn of large-diameter pipes (LDP), which is 27.4% more than in July 2008 (58,848 tn). Its LDP output reached 538,637 tn from the beginning of 2009, or 28% more than during January–May 2008 (421,380 tn).

VSW's total output in July was 117,184 tn of pipes of various grades. From the beginning of 2009, VSW manufactured 847,260 tn of pipes.
