MK URALMASH concluded contract for manufacture of walking dragline for OAO Krasnoselskstroymaterialy

Machine-building Corporation URALMASH, which forms part of UHM Group, will supply ESH 11.75 walking dragline for OAO Krasnoselskstroyjmaterialy (Belarus). The contract was signed as per tender results. Experts of Krasnoselskstroymaterialy have studied ESH 11.75 in operation at Stepnoy pit in Khakassia Republic and positively evaluated the machine's capabilities.

The ESH 11.75 dragline (11 m3 bucket capacity and 75 m boom length) will be used for overburden operations at two new pits of Krasnoselskstroymaterialy.

The delivery date according to the contract is 12 months. The supply will include 822 tons of machinery. The most of technical documents were already handed over into production. Experts of Uralmash will also take part in the erection supervision of the dragline.

The new technical solutions lately developed by the Mining Equipment Division will be used in the machine to be manufactured for Belarus. The dragline will be equipped with digital control, centralized automatic lubrication system using Lincoln components. The operation experience of previous machines was taken into account for this machine, and mainly, its superstructure was reinforced, changes were introduced into the basic mechanisms, such as hoisting and drag winches, swing gear and walking mechanism, filter and ventilation plant shelter was developed. These improvements will increase service life of the equipment, reduce time and maintenance costs and increase efficiency. Further, according to the customer's request changes were introduced into cabin design, which will ease the work of the crew.
