Completion of the sale of the subsidiary of SNA

Severstal, one of the world’s leading steel and mining companies, has completed the sale of the subsidiary of Severstal North America (“SNA”) which owns facilities at Warren, OH, Wheeling, WV, and Sparrows Point, MD on the previously disclosed terms to The Renco Group, Inc.

Following the sale SNA will focus on its Dearborn and Columbus facilities which are amongst the most efficient in North America.
