Gazmetall to become Metalloinvest Holding Company

CJSC “Gazmetall” shareholders took a decision at the general meeting on renaming the company into CJSC “Metalloinvest” Holding company”. 

Maxim Basov will keep the post of the company’s CEO. 

Shareholders also agreed to consolidate at Metalloinvest Holding Company the profits of its subsidiaries Oskol Electric Steel Works and Lebedinsky iron ore mining and processing plant in dividends for 2007.

According to shareholders’ decision the bulk of the profit will be forwarded for the internal debt restructuring and new assets acquisition.
