Viktor Rashnikov to improve MMK management system

Viktor Rashnikov, Chairman of Board of Directors, MMK, JSC has signed an order of improvement of management system of MMK, JSC Group.
In order to abolish needless links in the management chain, decrease the number of management levels, improve organization structure, reduce management expenses, and increase MMK management efficiency a decision has been made to establish managements instead of directorates on different fields of activity of the works.
Of the former positions only the positions of Executive Director, Commercial Director, Sales Director, and Capital Construction Director have been retained. Vladimir Andrianov has been appointed new Commercial Director of MMK, JSC Group.
The innovations will come into effect on 1 November, 2009.
