ТМК to Launch the First Russian Internet Platform for Tubes Products

Reported by TMK press service, TMK eTrade, the first Russian internet shop for tubes products is now under beta testing. Expectedly, the system will be in full operation on 1 September. The internet shop provides TMK customer an opportunity to make a quick order for products by any of the four Russian producers, part of the TMK group. Thus, the customer will be able to buy the product in a minute at any time and any place and get electronic papers not wasting time on long negotiations with the manager. TMK eTrade is developed with the company’s customers requirements in mind. Getting feedback is important for the beta testing. Now TMK eTrade performs the following services:
— calculation of the cost;
— calculation of delivery terms;
— extended products catalogue;
— personal customers office to track the order, store electronic copies of documents, invoices etc.

The next stage will include extending TMK eTrade products range due to TMK dealers, offering the service to its customers in Kazakhstan, offering discounts, holding auctions etc. “ТМК is the first among the Russian tubes producers to launch its internet shop. Customers will have a quick access to our catalogue, will be able to calculate the cost and place an order right away. All the documents will be stored in one place.
