Since the incorporationofRosNITI
research institution in2007TMKhas
startedacomplexplanningof itsresearch
andengineeringactivitiesat itsRussian
facilities.The institutionplansand

Russianservicedivision facilities in the
process. In2010TMKEuropeanand
Americandivisions joined in.Currently
TMKScientificandTechnicalCouncil
inclosecooperationwith twoownR&D
centers(one inRussia,one in theUS)
coordinateandplanall theresearch
activities.All theTMK facilitieshave
own laboratoriesand technicaldivisions.
RosNITI is theonlyscientificand
technological center in theRussiansteel
industryengaged insteel tubes theory,
engineeringand technology.Houston
scientificandresearchcenterhasunique
equipment forengineeringand testing
new typesofpremiumscrew joints. In
2013 thecenterwasauthorized tocertify
premiumscrew joints.Anotherstage in
TMKscientificandresearchactivities
willbecomeestablishingascientificand
researchcenter inSkolkovo innovation
center.Since innovationsdevelopment
is impossiblewithout involvingyoung
professionalseveryyear thecompany
holdsscientificand technical conferences
foryoungstudents.Thus, lastOctober
TMKheldsuchconferencebringing
together100youngresearchersnotonly
fromRussia,butalso from theUSA,
Romania, andKazakhstan.Majorityof
