in2001andcurrently integrates28production
assets inRussia, theUnitedStates,Canada,Oman,
UAE,RomaniaandKazakhstan.TMK’sprincipal
activitiesareproductionanddistributionof seamless
andweldedpipes, includingpipeswithpremium
connections, combinedwithanextensivepackage
of services inheat-treating, protectivecoating,

MechanicalKeyPremium (AbuDhabi,UAE)and
OFS International (Houston,USA).
TMK is focusedonmeeting thedemand forpipes
from theglobal oil andgas industry,whichmakes
upapproximately75%of theCompany’scustomer
base.TMK’scoreproductsareOCTGand linepipe.
NowТМК’s fourdivisionscover themajorworld
regionswherepipeproductsaremanufacturedand
consumed: theU.S,Russia,Europe, andMiddle
East.Thecompanycurrently sells tomore than80
countrieswith13 representativeofficesworldwide.
TMK’s two researchcenters inRussia (RosNITI,
Chelyabinsk)and in theUnitedStates (R&DCentre,
